Check your photo ,Application no. and barcode then print the generated form. 4. You can fill challan details afterwards by login till the Last Date for edit Application. 5. Submit filled form attestation and at tachment to GTU before last date of Hard copy submission . If you send incomplete form to GTU. It will be rejected.
